We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Skills Trainer to join our team. The Communication Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and impactful training programs focused on communication skills enhancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on communication skills enhancement, including verbal communication, nonverbal communication, active listening, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and learning modalities to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Assess training needs and customize training content and delivery methods to meet the specific requirements of different audiences, industries, and organizational objectives.
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to participants to help them identify strengths and areas for improvement and develop personalized action plans for skill development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication skills training, incorporating relevant updates and insights into training programs and materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, talent development, and learning and development teams, to align training initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and evaluation results, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
