**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels for all materials including raw materials, finished goods, semi finished goods, consumables, etc.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
- Manage the inward flow of raw materials, ensuring all materials are properly received and stored.
**- Material Issuance**:

- Issue materials as required by the production team.
- Keep detailed records of all material issued to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
**- Quality Control**:

- Inspect materials for quality upon arrival and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Handle complaints related to material issues and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
**- Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records using Excel, Word.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, material usage, and stock levels.
**- Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all materials are stored in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to maintain material quality and safety.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the plastic industry.
- Must be a local to Daman / Vapi.
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, and stock management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP or other advanced inventory management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
