1. Achieve Volume Target

2. Optimize Labour Turnover Per vehicle

3. Efficient Coordination of Work Progress

4. Effective Demanded Repair Estimation

5. On Time Post Service Follow up

6. Revenue Generation for Value Added Services & Other Departments

7. Jobs Carried Out as per Customer Request

8. Effective Final Inspection

9. Ensure Customer Satisfaction

10. 100% CSI Coverage

11. Effective Closure of Complaints

12. Pending Complaints

13. Effective Customer Handling

14. Flexible Assignments

**Qualification**: BE or Diploma in Mechanical

**Experience**: 0 to 2 + Years
