- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**UI/UX Design**:

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
- Conduct user research (i.e., user interviews, usability testing) to inform the design process.
- Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (i.e., Figma, Adobe XD).
- Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Participate in user testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing and engaging graphic elements for web interfaces, marketing materials, and social media.
- Develop a strong understanding of our brand identity and translate it into compelling visuals.
- Utilize design principles like composition, color theory, and typography to create effective layouts.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).**:

- **2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.**:

- **Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, visual design capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.**:

- **Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (i.e., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).**:

- **Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles (user research, information architecture, interaction design).**:

- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.**
