**Position**: Site Supervisor
**Location**: Nagpur, Maharashtra
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor labor and material usage on site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management for timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure proper use of safety equipment and compliance with site safety rules.
- Prepare and submit site reports, construction schedules, and project updates.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on site.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and address any arising issues.
- Ensure all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Civil/Construction background preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred (freshers with strong interest may also apply).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic site safety protocols.
