Wix and Shopify Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Wix and Shopify Website Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing websites on the Wix and Shopify platforms. You will collaborate with clients, developers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, functional websites that meet business goals and provide an excellent user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Design & Development**:

- Create visually appealing and responsive websites using both Wix and Shopify.
- Customize themes and templates to align with client branding and preferences.
- Design and implement user interfaces that enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- **E-commerce Solutions (Shopify)**:

- Set up and configure Shopify stores, including product pages, payment gateways, shipping methods, and custom checkout flows.
- Manage and implement Shopify apps to enhance store functionality (e.g., inventory management, marketing tools, etc.).
- Ensure product images, descriptions, and pricing are optimized for conversions.
- **Website Maintenance & Updates**:

- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain functional and visually appealing.
- Implement changes, updates, and bug fixes as requested by clients or internal teams.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide design mockups, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
- Offer creative solutions and suggestions to improve website performance and design.
- **SEO & Performance Optimization**:

- Implement SEO best practices, including meta tags, alt tags, and proper site structure, to improve search engine rankings.
- Ensure websites load quickly and are optimized for all devices, browsers, and platforms.
- **Content Integration**:

- Assist in integrating content, such as blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, and marketing materials, into the website.
- Ensure consistency in design, branding, and content presentation across all pages.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in website design and development using **Wix** and **Shopify** platforms.
- Strong understanding of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** (coding experience is a plus).
- Experience customizing **Shopify themes** and integrating Shopify apps.
- Familiarity with **Wix Editor** and **Wix Velo** (for custom coding in Wix) is a plus.
- Knowledge of **graphic design software** (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) is an advantage.
- **Design Skills**:

- Excellent sense of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to create **responsive and mobile-friendly designs**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing website designs on both Wix and Shopify.
- **E-commerce Knowledge**:

- Understanding of e-commerce principles, including sales funnels, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, product catalogs, and e-commerce marketing strategies.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, creative thinker with problem-solving skills.

**Experience Requirements**:

- **2+ years** of experience in website design and development, with specific expertise in **Wix and Shopify**.
- Prior experience working with e-commerce brands or agencies is a plus.
- Experience in SEO and performance optimization strategies is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
