**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for daily billing duties, ensuring all billing are prepared and sent out on a timely basis, generate Invoices and E Invoices ,ERP updating.
- Maintain proper filing system (invoices/documents) for audit purposes,
- Preparation of invoices, E-way bills for all rejection returns.
- Handle any other duties assigned by the Supervisor & Manager from time to time.
- Checking and updating bills, invoices, POD,LR books.
- Preparation of all invoices and E-way bills.
- Coordination with team for checks
- Rejection note preparation
- Filing of all challan, invoices and LR copies, communications notes.
- Strong follow-up with operation teams within TAT.
- Preparing reports as per managment requirment.
- Advance excel knowledge should be added advantage
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Routinely follow Data verification protocols as specified at time of joining
