**Job Summary**:
**Aarohan Innovation** _(A Grovill Initiatives) _is seeking experienced Proprietary Traders, Algorithmic Traders, and Market Makers to contribute to our trading desk. This role involves executing proprietary trading strategies, developing algorithmic models, and engaging in market making activities to ensure liquidity and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute proprietary trading strategies across commodities & currencies.
- Develop and implement algorithmic trading models using quantitative techniques.
- Provide liquidity by effectively quoting bid and ask prices.
- Analyse market data and trading performance to optimise strategies.
- Collaborate with research teams to enhance trading algorithms and models.
- Monitor and manage trading risk within established limits.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 year of experience in proprietary trading, algorithmic trading, or market making.
- NISM Certificate-viii or equivalent certification in trading strategies will be preferred.
- **Proficiency in Delta trading strategies and options pricing models.**:

- **Familiarity with option modelling or similar volatility trading strategies.**:

- Strong analytical skills with a quantitative approach to trading.
- Understanding of financial markets and trading dynamics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in implementing trading strategies and managing trading risk.

**Duty Hours**:
3:00 PM to 11 :00 PM

**Job Location**:
Behala, Kolkata

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
