_What You'll Do_
- Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols_
- and procedures_
- Work with the care team to oversee patients’ cycling process - consent_
- reviews, medication questions, and answer general process questions_
- throughout the cycle_
- Oversee daily meeting with physician(s) to review cycling patient’s lab results_
- and ultrasound images and ensure accurate and timely updating of patient_
- Fertility Health Counsellor 2_

- Coordinates patient treatment plans, such as Egg Freezing, IUI, In Vitro_
- Fertilization and Frozen Embryo Transfers_
- Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates_
- physician orders and instructions_
- Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately in our EMR_
- according to our procedures_
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and_
- psychological support to patients and patient's families_
- Works independently to ensure the program goals are achieved_
- Support and promote excellence in customer service_
- Provide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to_
- help gain efficiencies in your day-to-day_
- Who you are_
- 3+ years as a clinical psychologist/functional health coach with deep_
- experience working with medical providers or fertility clinics (preferred)_
- An excellent communicator with and ability to work with multiple cases at once_
- A deep sense of empathy to navigate difficult conversations_
- A problem solver, who is ready to take on challenges the moment they arise_
- and enjoys fast-paced work_
- Someone who is always looking for ways to be more efficient_
- Interested in the third-party reproduction field and is comfortable supporting_
- and educating our members through fertility treatments and support_
- A collaborative team player_

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
