_**Role Overview**_
The **Neuropsychologist** will play a crucial role in **conducting brain mapping assessments, analyzing EEG-based cognitive data, and providing neuroscience-backed counselling sessions.** The role involves working with **students, parents, and educators** to help them understand cognitive strengths, weaknesses, and career readiness based on **scientific parameters and setting up lab in the school and institutions**. Additionally, the role requires contributions to **mental health research** and **neuropsychological interventions** for adolescents and professionals.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
**Brain Mapping & Cognitive Analysis**:
- Conduct **brain mapping sessions** using EEG-based assessments to understand students’ cognitive strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyze **raw EEG headset data** (5-channel brainwave data) to generate **individualized cognitive and career reports**.
- Interpret **brain channel data from aptitude and interest tests**, assessing students’ probability of achieving defined career goals.
- Assess each **parameter’s impact on cognitive development** and its correlation with other parameters to determine improvement areas.
**Neuropsychological Assessments & Applications**:
- Conduct **neuropsychological evaluations** to determine **learning patterns, attention span, memory retention, and problem-solving abilities**.
- Develop **evidence-based remedial interventions** to enhance **cognitive, academic, and behavioral** skills.
- **Counselling & Training**:_
- Conduct **counselling sessions** based on brain mapping reports to provide personalized career guidance.
- Train **teachers and school counselors** on how neuroscience and brain mapping can enhance **academic and cognitive performance**.
- **Create awareness on social media** using different approaches to effectively reach the target audience.
- **Research & Development**:_
- Initiate and contribute to **mental health research** focusing on **adolescents and working professionals**.
- Work on **innovative research projects** related to **cognitive development, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and behavioural neuroscience**.
**Collaboration & Implementation**:
- Collaborate with **educational institutions, neuroscientists, and psychology professionals** to refine brain mapping methodologies.
- Assist in **approaching government bodies** for the large-scale implementation of BrainHap’s neuroscience-based assessments in schools.

Pay: ₹28,660.55 - ₹81,609.51 per month
