Account Executive for a Start-up firm at following location MULUND, MUMBAI

We at **Robocation Edutech Pvt.ltd** are looking for Account Executive to improve the efficiency of our business. Duties of this role will include daily reporting to the CEO. To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional operational competency and managerial skills.

Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and data entry.
- Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform accounting finalization tasks, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Tally ERP 11 software for accounting purposes.
- Sound knowledge of GST regulations and experience in GST filing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
