**Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct user research to understand target audiences, market trends, and usability.
- Analyze client requirements and feedback to inform design decisions.

**Conceptualization & Design**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites and digital products.
- Create aesthetically modern layouts with appealing color palettes, typography, and correct iconography.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients, project managers, and developers to ensure designs meet client expectations and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media graphics, brochures, flyers, ebooks, and other promotional materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall project outcomes.

**Branding**:

- Develop comprehensive brand visual guidelines that reflect the client's brand identity and values.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials.

**Delivery & Feedback**:

- Prepare and deliver final design files in appropriate formats.
- Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work, including websites, branding, and social media graphics.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and iconography.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

**SOP Training**
- A complete training on methods, SOPs and digital trends will be provided.
- Hand holding for 2 months with the founder of the company

Cannyworx Digital was found in 2018 by a technologist with a vision of delivering eye grabbing, aesthetically appealing and highly engaging digital assets for its clients.
