**Function**:

- Corporate Legal

**Designation**:

- Legal Coordinator/Specialist

**Responsibilities Include**:
1. Understand land-revenue matters as per local/national legalities

2. Exposure in managing land matters & compliances like NA-NOC

3. Knowhow of Lease agreement and norms and should have managed the same

4. Due diligence - Conducting search such as title clearance

5. Done liasionings with local authorities on land/property matters

6. Drafting MOU, leave and license agreements

7. Manage legal correspondences with stakeholders

8. Provide interim opinion on agreement as part of liability

9. Coordination / follow up with lawyer for various matter as and when required by management

10. Legal document management and tracking of all matters proactively

**Location **- Corporate Road, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad Reporting to - Account and Finance GM, CEO

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
