Key Responsibilities:
- **Product Management**: Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and prices on the e-commerce platform. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure promotional campaigns are accurately reflected online.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels. Implement and manage inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Work with logistics partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- **Platform Management**: Maintain and update the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, secure, and up-to-date. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support to resolve them.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, data protection laws, and company policies. Manage payment gateways and ensure secure transactions.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the e-commerce operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Or, 3 to 6 months of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with occasional requirements for overtime during peak seasons.
- Office-based role with potential for remote work depending on company policy.
- Interaction with various departments, including marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
