- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct psychological assessments for athletes and teams.
- Design and deliver sport-specific mental conditioning programs.
- Address issues such as performance anxiety, motivation, focus, and recovery.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, brain trainers, and nutritionists to create holistic performance plans.
- Provide workshops and one-on-one sessions for athletes of all levels.
- **Requirements**:_
- Master’s degree or higher in Sports Psychology with a specialization in sports.
- Prior experience working with athletes or sports organizations preferred.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of performance enhancement strategies and athlete mental health.

**Employment Type**:Full-time

**Start Date**: 18th August 2025

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
