**Job Purpose**:
To effectively teach Hindi and Sanskrit languages to middle and high school students (Classes V to X), foster language appreciation, and help students develop strong communication skills in both languages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Delivery**:

- Teach Hindi and Sanskrit as per the CBSE/State board curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Use innovative methods and techniques to enhance learning.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and language use through debates, elocution, and storytelling.
- Monitor individual student progress and cater to different learning abilities.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Assist in developing and updating the Hindi & Sanskrit curriculum.
- Contribute to designing co-curricular language activities (e.g., Language Week, Cultural Events).
- **Parent & Staff Interaction**:

- Attend parent-teacher meetings and update them on academic performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.
- **Administrative & Miscellaneous**:

- Maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Participate in school activities, workshops, and in-service training.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Graduation in Hindi and Sanskrit with at least 50% marks.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized university.
- CTET (Paper II) qualified, if applicable as per CBSE norms.
- **Experience**:

- **Skills Required**:

- Strong command over Hindi and Sanskrit grammar and literature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technologically proficient (use of smart boards, online tools).
- Passion for teaching and student engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
