
Executive Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for executives.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Support executives in managing project deadlines and deliverables.
- Liaise with senior management, board members, and key partners.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and team activities as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
