Production Manger

**Job Title**: Production Manager - CRGO Steel

**Location**: Vadoadara

**Reports to**: Plant Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Production Management**
- Plan, organize, and control production processes for CRGO steel manufacturing.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs to ensure output meets required standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain, quality control, and maintenance teams to streamline operations.

**Process Optimization**
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize yields.
- Analyze production data and implement changes for process improvements in rolling, annealing, and coating processes.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and quality concerns.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead and manage a team of shift engineers, supervisors, and operators.
- Conduct training and skill development programs for production staff.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

**Quality & Compliance**
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product quality as per ISO/IEC standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable regulations.
- Oversee internal audits and support customer or third-party audits.

**Equipment & Maintenance Coordination**
- Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of machinery such as cold rolling mills, decarburization furnaces, and tension leveling lines.
- Monitor asset performance and suggest upgrades or replacements when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. A Master's Degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 8+ years in steel production, with at least 4 years in CRGO or specialized electrical steel manufacturing.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- CRGO steel manufacturing processes (e.g., cold rolling, grain orientation, heat treatment).
- Knowledge of process control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA).
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
