**Position: Recruiter**

**Location Work from Home**

**Working days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm**

**Requisites**:

- Any graduate + MBA HR
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non IT)
- Strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have own laptop
- Excellent organizational skills
- Out of the box thinker
- Ability to work with targets

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements
- Sourcing profiles through various portals and sources in line with Client requirements
- Interview scheduling and follow ups
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
- Helping applicants to prepare for interviews

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
