**Job Description**:
We are looking for aggressive professionals those who can join our US IT Staffing team in Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills,
- Must be confident and passionate to learn and excel, need to be punctual, accountable, responsible with win-win mentality.
- Should be able to take ownership,
- Must bring revenue to company by closing deals and make money for them and grow collectively.
- Must have good understanding of the End-to-End Recruitment/Bench Marketing life cycle.
- We Prefer someone with a good understanding of various technology stacks.
- Must have good knowledge of work authorizations and Tax-terms (i.e., W2, 1099, and corp2corp)
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labour legislation
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
- Good at Sourcing, Co-ordination, Documentation, and Back-end work
- Responsible for hiring US staffing recruiters
- Hands-on experience sourcing resumes from multiple job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Grievance handling of the New Joiners
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel
- Strong commitment to achieving the desired results.
