**Job description**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Transportation Services**:

- Safely transport passengers, goods, or services to designated locations.
- Plan routes based on road and traffic conditions.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Report any vehicle issues or needed repairs to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure passengers are wearing seat belts and follow safety protocols.
- Maintain a high standard of driving etiquette.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers or clients.
- Assist passengers with boarding and unloading, if necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
- Submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
- **Logistics Coordination (if applicable)**:

- Coordinate with dispatchers or managers for scheduling and route planning.
- Ensure timely delivery or pick-up of goods.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle operated (e.g., CDL for commercial vehicles).
- **Experience**: Previous driving experience preferred. Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects (if applicable).
- Good vision and hearing for safe driving.

Working Conditions:

- Work hours may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions.
- May require long-distance travel depending on the role
