**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop Marketing Strategies:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target customer demographics.

2. Generate Sales Leads: Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing campaigns.

3. Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities.

4. Create Sales Presentations:Prepare persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products/services.

5. Close Sales Deals: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

6. Build Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to understand their needs and concerns.

7. Monitor Sales Performance:Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.

8. Provide Feedback: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback based on customer interactions and market insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
