**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Location**: Sitapura, Jaipur

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 Years

**Industry**: Jewellery

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input and update data into the company’s systems (including stock inventory, orders, and sales).
- Maintain and manage data related to jewellery products, including specifications, pricing, and descriptions.
- Ensure all data is entered into the system in a timely manner and complies with company standards.
- Assist with generating reports from the database for management and teams.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide support with administrative tasks related to data management, inventory, and customer orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is aligned with business needs.
- Experience with **Jewellery Management Software** (preferably **Jewels Software** or similar) is required for handling daily operations and tasks.
- Assist in updating and managing digital records for stock and sales tracking.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Strong **knowledge of jewellery software** (e.g., **Jewels Software**) and its functionality.
- Good understanding of the **jewellery industry** and related processes is an advantage.
- Ability to handle large amounts of data with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, **Word**, and other relevant software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
