Co-founder & Coo

As the **Co-Founder & CTO**, you'll lead all technical aspects of the company. You'll shape the product roadmap, develop core architecture, oversee the engineering team, and drive the integration of AI, APIs, and scalable hosting environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technology Strategy & Vision**

Define the technical vision aligned with the product and business goals.
- **Product Development & Architecture**

Architect and build the AI-powered data analytics web and mobile apps.
Implement scalable backends with modular APIs.
- **AI/ML & Data Engineering**

Integrate LLMs and AI models for generating insights and summaries.
Handle data pipelines, ETL processes, and dashboard visualizations.
- **API Integrations**

Connect with CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce, and marketing platforms via REST/GraphQL/Webhooks.
- **DevOps & Hosting**

Set up and manage secure and scalable hosting (AWS, GCP, or self-hosted via Proxmox, Docker, Kubernetes).
- **Team Building**

Recruit and mentor engineers, data scientists, and DevOps.
- **Tech Due Diligence & Investor Communication**

Support fundraising by presenting technical architecture and future roadmap.
- Proven experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Senior Developer in a SaaS or AI product startup.
- Proficient in Python, Node.js, or Go; strong backend system design skills.
- Hands-on with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Flowise).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with modern analytics tools like Superset, Metabase, Power BI, or custom-built dashboards.
- Familiar with OAuth, token-based auth, and secure data handling.

**Preferred Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with data warehousing, Snowflake/BigQuery
- NLP, RAG pipelines, vector databases (Chroma, FAISS)
- Familiarity with no-code tools like Flowise, n8n, Retool

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 100 - 150 per week
