Shelter Incharge

**Job Overview**:
The Shelter Incharge will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the shelter home. This includes overseeing the residents' well-being, managing staff, coordinating daily activities, maintaining the facility, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the provision of meals, healthcare, and other essential services.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of shelter staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shelter premises.
- Manage inventory of supplies and arrange for procurement as needed.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Ensure security and safety of the shelter.
- Maintain accurate records of residents, staff, and shelter activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in a similar role or social work field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with vulnerable populations.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Passion for the NGO’s mission and commitment to making a positive impact.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
