**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students/parents and explain the Academy's courses and offerings.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
- Handle inbound queries via phone professionally and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about batches, fees, faculty, and facilities.
- Schedule counseling sessions or appointments with the academic team.
- Maintain call logs and submit daily reports to the supervisor.
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to achieve targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
