Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media

2. Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design

3. Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

4. Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques

5. Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web.

6. Work with illustrators, designers and instructional designers to understand the project scope and objectives.

7. Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.

8. Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.

9. Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.

10. Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

11. Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design.

12. Responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation software.

13. Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.

Required Skill:
1. Brief knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (ie After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

2. Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

5. Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
