As we continue our journey of growth, we are looking for two dynamic freshers to join our IT team, with a keen focus on leveraging networking tools like LinkedIn, Facebook, and various community platforms to elevate our brand presence.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other community platforms to enhance our digital footprint.
- Engage with our audience by creating compelling content, responding to comments, and fostering an active community environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign strategies, track performance metrics, and analyze engagement data to guide future marketing efforts.
- Assist in organizing and promoting virtual and in-person events to boost community engagement and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to suggest innovative ideas for brand promotion.
- Help in building and maintaining a strong professional network that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or have recently completed an MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and various community platforms, with an ability to tailor content for each platform.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset to measure the impact of different marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Prior experience in marketing or social media management is a plus.
