**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic to the company's website.
- **SEO and SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and monitor engagement metrics.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable recommendations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including Sales and Design, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with e-commerce marketing.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
