**Assistant Professor in Management**:

- Engaging in academic research in the field of management, contributing to the knowledge base through publications in journals and conferences.
- Participating in research collaborations and interdisciplinary projects.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Contributing to departmental and institutional committees and meetings.
- Participating in the development and revision of academic policies and procedures.
- Mentoring and advising students on academic and career-related matters.
- Participating in accreditation processes and quality assurance reviews.
- **Professional Development**:

- Continuing professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in the field of management through reading journals, books, and other relevant literature.
- Networking with professionals in academia and industry to enhance teaching and research activities.

Admission Controller:
In addition to the Assistant Professor role, if the position includes responsibilities as an Admission Controller, the following additional duties may apply:

- **Admissions Process Management**:

- Overseeing the admissions process for undergraduate or postgraduate programs in management.
- Developing and implementing admission criteria and procedures in accordance with institutional guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders involved in the admissions process.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Developing marketing strategies and materials to promote the management programs to potential students.
- Representing the institution at recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions.
- Collaborating with marketing and communications teams to enhance the visibility and reputation of the management programs.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyzing admission trends, demographics, and statistics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Preparing reports and presentations on admission metrics, yield rates, and other relevant data for management review.

- Student feedback on courses and teaching quality.
- Academic performance and success rates of students.

- Number of publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹68,236.27 per month
