**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the school’s transportation services, including scheduling routes and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for school transport vehicles.
- Coordinate with bus drivers and monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Plan, develop, and optimize transport routes for efficiency and safety.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, school administration, and drivers to address transport-related concerns.
- Manage transport-related records, including fuel logs, vehicle reports, driver attendance, and licenses.
- Ensure emergency procedures and protocols are in place and communicated to drivers and staff.
- Handle the transport budget, oversee expenditures, and ensure the proper utilization of resources.
- Resolve any issues or emergencies related to transportation promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all drivers and transport staff adhere to school policies and safety protocols.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Prior experience in managing transportation services, preferably in a school or institutional setting.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and route planning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and knowledge of local transport regulations.
