**_ Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment_**
**_ Inbound & outbound calling_**
**_ Provide payment plans basis customer requirement_**
**_ Qualifications_**:
**_ Minimum qualifications_**
**_ B.Com_**
**_ Proven experience_**
**_ Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills_**
**_ Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills_**
**_ Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities_**
**_ Preferred qualifications_**:
**_ Good customer handling skills_**
**_ High Energy level_**
**_ Good knowledge of Excel_**
