Green Site Supervisor

SPRAT is a modern NGO dedicated to promoting harmony and uplifting the poor using scientific temperament and tools. We are powered by Gandhian selflessness and have been partnered by US and Gujarat government, Microsoft, Google, AudoDesk etc.

At our campus site at Matar, 40 KMs from AHMEDABAD, we need 2-3 diploma holders from Civil or Horticulture background. Coming from poor economic background they should be gladly willing to undertake any work on the site. Their humility, and hard work will be rewarded by rapid growth intellectually and financially, both.

The site construction is nearly complete. MEP, waste management, plumbing, furniture and interior work are going on.

But most importantly a lot of greening has to be done including landscaping, nursery, vegetable farm, hydroponics and aquaponics.

There will be many types of events including sky-gazing, lifeskill teaching, conferences, management training, audio and video work, social media management, poster designing, animation, theater, digital content etc.

We require humble, industrious, multi-tasking, keen learning, young men who wish to grow rapidly solely through their hard work at the site rather than through their certification.

We offer jobs for those boys experienced in civil engineering or horticulture for more than one year.

We also offer Internship to freshers. For the interns for three months we offer free food, accommodation, internet, transport and a token pocket money and then we absorb them in regular service as mentioned in career offer.

This job is not for the lazy, egotist, communal, irrational, rich and pompous boys. On the other hand modest, hard working boys will grow rapidly with us.

Those able to bring a 2-wheeler, or laptop or bringing hands on experience in any of those skills covered by our services, will be given preference.
