**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research global fashion trends, silhouettes, colors, and fabrics for upcoming seasons.
- Design and develop women’s wear collections aligned with brand aesthetics and market demand.
- Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production.
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure quality and timely execution of designs.
- Source and select suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments for perfect silhouettes and finish.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams for product launches and campaigns.
- Maintain design archives and documentation of past and current collections.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (NIFT, Pearl, JD, or equivalent institute preferred).
- 2-6 years of experience in women’s wear (Western / Fusion / Occasion wear).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW**, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of pattern making, draping, and garment construction.
- Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and color coordination.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
