**Title: Sales Field Executive**

**Description**:
As a Sales Field Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital product, the QR code menu scanner for restaurants, to businesses in the food and hospitality industry. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and building strong, long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and prospect potential clients: Conduct market research and identify restaurants, cafes, bars, and other food establishments that could benefit from our QR code menu scanner. Use various channels, such as online directories, networking events, and cold calling, to reach out to decision-makers and introduce our product.

Conduct product demonstrations: Effectively demonstrate the features, benefits, and functionalities of our QR code menu scanner to potential clients. Highlight how our solution can streamline operations, enhance the customer experience, and improve overall efficiency in their establishments.

Build and maintain client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, managers, and chefs. Understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals, and position our product as a valuable solution that addresses those pain points.

Negotiate and close sales: Collaborate with potential clients to understand their budget and pricing requirements. Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and ultimately secure new contracts.

Provide excellent customer service: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients by coordinating with our internal teams to set up their QR code menu scanning system. Address any post-sales inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Stay up to date with industry trends: Continuously educate yourself on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Use this knowledge to position our product as a cutting-edge and innovative solution.

Collaborate with the marketing team: Work closely with the marketing team to provide valuable insights and feedback from the field. Contribute to the development of sales collateral, marketing campaigns, and promotional strategies to generate leads and support your sales efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the restaurant or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
