**Job Description: Estimator & Draftsman**

**Location**: Gurgaon, New Delhi

**Working Hours**: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings and blueprints for fenestration projects using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Interpret architectural and engineering specifications to develop comprehensive plans and shop drawings.
- Calculate and determine the total cost of materials, labor, equipment, and utilities for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
- Analyze project documents, and specifications to prepare reliable cost and time estimates.
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawing accuracy and project feasibility.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions.
- Manage urgent submissions and ensure timely delivery of estimates and drawings.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings, estimates, and relevant documentation for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, building codes, and best practices in drafting and estimation.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting (2D) and estimation, preferably in the fenestration or construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawing standards, building codes, and materials relevant to fenestration.
- Proven ability to extract quantities and perform material take-offs from drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
