Navi Mumbai Maharashtra, India NOV Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- To lead and supervise a team of 10-15 engineers in the inspection, installation, commissioning, repair, upgrading, troubleshooting and related service work on offshore drilling platforms/land rigs or in workshops.
- Lead and supervise BOP and Pressure control equipment.
- Preparation of documentation for the job execution.
- Liaise and follow up with rig’s management in terms of general enquiries and equipment’s issue
- Communicate with respective engineers for briefing and debriefing of service-related activities
- To provide guideline and coaching of engineers to improve good quality of work
- Review job reports, ISO work instructions and checklists required for all work
- Review customer’s request and to facilitate quotation submission in timely manner
- Comply with NOV company and HSE policies and procedures
- To communicate field failures, upgrades work with relevant NOV departments to facilitate smooth execution onsite.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent Good written and oral communication skills
- Mandatory working experience with NOV equipment.
- Willing to travel and work on oil and gas drilling rigs on short notice.
- Holding previous supervisory role will be a plus
