**Job Title: Customer Service Staff**

**Location**: SLV Coffee Pvt Ltd, Kochi

**Job Type**: Full-Time

As a Café Service Staff member, you will be the face of our café, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and supporting daily café operations. You will work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment and contribute to the smooth running of the café.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide information about menu items, and ensure an overall positive dining experience.
- **Order Preparation**: Accurately prepare and serve food and beverages according to café standards, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, handle cash and card transactions, and provide accurate change.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Stock Management**: Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Qualification & Experience: Any Degree,** Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attitude**: Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
