- Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in marketing who is passionate about driving customer engagement, analyzing performance, and collaborating on creative campaigns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, brand marketing, and PR.
- Support the team in conducting research and gathering insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, platform, and operations and other stakeholders) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall marketing goals.
- Help manage timelines, deliverables and creative output for campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to content creation.
- Research and write original, audience-focused, engaging pieces aligned with brand voice and objectives.

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and an eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
