**Job Summary**:
A Matron is a senior nursing professional responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, or care homes. They manage nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and foster a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

**Major Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Leadership & Supervision**: Lead and manage nursing teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective teamwork.
- **Patient Care Management**: Oversee patient care plans, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols.
- **Staff Recruitment & Development**: Participate in the hiring process of nursing staff, train, mentor, and evaluate them to maintain high performance and professional growth.
- **On-Call Arrangements**: Organize and manage on-call schedules to ensure adequate staffing and timely responses to emergencies.
- **Resource Management**: Manage budgets, equipment, and supplies to support efficient care delivery.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control standards, and organizational policies.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, families, and senior management.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve operational or patient-related concerns effectively.
- **Strategic Planning**: Participate in policy-making and contribute to long-term planning to improve healthcare services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent diploma.
- Valid nursing license.
- Proven experience as a Matron or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a strong commitment to patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
