SST Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging lessons in Social Studies to students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Cover topics such as history, geography, political science, economics, and cultural studies.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- **Curriculum Planning**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state and national education standards.
- Integrate multimedia tools, resources, and innovative strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve student performance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined, positive, and supportive learning environment in the classroom.
- Ensure all students feel valued and respected.
- **Parent and Faculty Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student performance and address concerns.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for curriculum development and school activities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with changes in the Social Studies curriculum and teaching best practices.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and teacher training programs as required.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as field trips, debates, and model United Nations.
- Promote social awareness and responsibility among students.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Studies, History, Geography, Political Science, or related fields.
- Teaching certification or licensure as per state regulations.
- Proven teaching experience in a school or educational institution.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and online teaching platforms.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Creative and critical thinker with a passion for Social Studies.
- Ability to make historical and cultural topics relatable to students.
- Effective classroom management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
