Salary:

- 18,000 To 22,000 Per Month

Education:

- Diploma / Degree in hotel management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 7 Years In Housekeeping Department
- Minimum Experience : 1 - 4 Year Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping personnel to uphold high cleaning standards.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities.
- Ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures for cleaning and sanitation.
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
