Job Summary:

- As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for mentoring the account associates, Reconciliation of all payment methods, reviewing the general Ledger, reviewing the purchase orders, etc. You will be expected to work collaboratively within the department.

What you will be doing:

- Vendor Bill Posting
- Vendor Reconciliation
- Reconciliation payment receipts
- Review the assigned GL for each transaction & Reconciliation of Bank & Credit Card
- Preparing the Recurring Expense list, reviewing those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
- Prepare the Commission reports of Sales Representatives every month & record them
- Payroll Processing, Entries & Payroll Reconciliation
- Review A/R aging & match the customer ledger Balances
- Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports
- Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
- Corrects accounting errors and posts journal entry adjustments
- Handle team of Account Associate & Assign them work
- Work under the supervision of a Senior Account executive

What you bring:

- Must have 1 to 2 years of US Accounting experience and should not have more than 5 years of overall experience
- Must have worked with BPO/KPO /Accounting Outsourcing Company
- Must have experience in managing multiple clients
- Advanced MS Excel skills including vlookup and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Added Bonus If you have:

- Worked on Month-End & Year-end process
- Particularly good on QuickBooks desktop / online
- Teamwork and leadership skills

Educational Qualification:

- B.Com, B.B.A, M.Com or M.B.A (In Finance), Inter C.A, or any equivalent graduation or post-graduation
