Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Indore (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in core and bulk hiring. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent for diverse business domains while ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in core recruitment or HR generalist role. ✔ Proven track record in bulk hiring for fast-paced roles. ✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. ✔ Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and sourcing techniques. ✔ Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting. ✔ Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently.
