**The Role**
- Service member requests based on the appointments received.
- Fulfill member request within given TAT and priority
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to manage fulfilment of member expectation.
- Facilitate value-added services based on request received from growth team to facilitate Sessions, Webinars, Health camps and Interactive sessions by Experts.
- Closely follow-up and co-ordinate with fulfilment centers for enhanced member experience.
- Responsible for enhancing customers’ experience and engagement with Alyve Health app.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with 2+ years experience in Healthcare Operations/TPA operations
- Exceptional customer centric and member first spirit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate theoretical knowledge into actionable advice in a lucid manner
- Keen desire to keep learning and growing
- Third Party Administrator Background (preferable)
- Health and wellness background (preferable)
