**Responsibilities and Duties**

Ø **Conducting and managing research on socio-political issues.**

Ø **Compiling, analyzing, and reporting data to explain socio-political phenomena and dissemination of research findings through technical reports, policy briefs, articles or presentations.**

Ø Formulating recommendations, policies, or plans to solve socio-political problems

Ø Studying economic and statistical data in areas of finance, labour, or agriculture.

Ø Undertaking cost-benefit analyses & studying socio-economic impacts of new public policies, proposed legislations, taxes, services, and regulations.

Ø Developing guidelines and standards and prepare points of view used in forecasting trends and formulating policies.

Ø Analysing data to test the effectiveness of current policies, products or services and advising on the suitability of alternative courses of action and the allocation of scarce resources.

Ø Evaluation of past and present socio-political and economic issues and trends.

Ø Writing various technical and non-technical reports on socio-political trends and forecasts.

Ø Delivering reports, oral and visual presentations, for digital media.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- **Degree in Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Social Work or related field.**:

- **3-5 years of experience required.**

- New Delhi - 110001, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
