Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- **Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment** where every student feels safe and motivated to learn.
- **Assess and monitor student progress**, providing constructive feedback and support to help them improve.
- **Communicate regularly with parents and guardians** regarding student performance and well-being.
- **Participate in school events**, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- **Collaborate with colleagues** to enhance the educational experience for all students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Previous teaching experience, particularly with middle school students (Grades 5-8), is highly preferred.
- Expertise in **English, Science, or Social Science**.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
