**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service.
**Purchasing and Procurement**:
- Source and procure goods and services as per company requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock.
**Bank Operations**:
- Handle bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit bank-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, purchasing, and bank operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
