**Job Summary**:
As a Creative Script & Content Writer at Kshm, you’ll bring our brand voice to life through engaging scripts, dialogues, and written content. From influencer collabs to in-house shoots, you’ll craft stories and support creative direction that inspire, engage, and build real connections with our audience.

**Key Responsiblity**:

- Write compelling voiceovers, dialogues, and storytelling-driven scripts aligned with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure content fits audience insights and campaign goals.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all formats—digital, video, and social.
- Research cultural nuances, trends, and audience behavior to create rooted, relatable stories.
- Contribute ideas in brainstorms and assist in shaping campaign direction.
- Work closely with video editors/creators to ensure smooth execution of scripts

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or scriptwriting (brand or agency).
- Portfolio showcasing storytelling & creative direction across formats.
- Excellent command over English (Hindi or regional language skills are a plus).
- Ability to adapt tone/style across different platforms and audiences.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of social media, digital-first storytelling, and influencer content.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
