- **Data Management**:

- **Implementation and Testing**:

- Work with development teams, conduct user acceptance testing.
- **User Training and Support**:

- Develop and deliver training for private banking staff.
- Provide ongoing support, address inquiries.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Design reports and dashboards for private banking insights.
- Utilize analytics to improve client satisfaction.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance CRM capabilities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Communicate effectively with private banking stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in private banking CRM.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

**Preferred**:

- CRM certifications relevant to private banking.
- Experience with CRM integrations in financial services.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards related to private banking data.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
